Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day!

Orders placed on a Friday BEFORE the 3pm cut off will be delivered Monday if you have chosen next day delivery and later that week (Thursday latest) for Standard.

Orders placed on a Friday AFTER the 3pm cut off and on the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.

Return policy
To report any damaged , faulty or missing goods kindly reach out to our support team using the provided email address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will work towards resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Any issues/faults need to be raised within 14 days of receiving your products to be issued a replacement/refund. For us to do so, you must also ensure you have returned any faulty or damaged goods back over to us for assessment.

All products must be UNUSED if being deemed damaged or faulty.
